Robert Khodadadian and Skyline Properties brokered the $135M sale of 6 East 43rd Street to the Vanbarton Group. The 27-story, 400,000 SF Midtown tower is converting to 441 rental apartments (111 affordable), funded by a $300M Brookfield construction loan.
Financial District • 2025
Skyline Properties sourced the off-market ~$105M acquisition of 101 Greenwich Street, a 26-story, 400,294 SF Beaux Arts office tower in the Financial District, bringing Idan Ofer's Quantum Pacific and Nathan Berman's Metro Loft together with seller BentallGreenOak.
Chelsea • 2019
Skyline Properties brokered the $72M sale of 530 West 25th Street, a 7-story, 75,000 SF office building ($960/SF) in Chelsea's art gallery district, to the Feil Organization in partnership with Rigby Asset Management (Peter Armstrong).
NoMad • 2017
Daniel Shirazi and Robert Khodadadian of Skyline Properties structured a signature 99-year ground lease on 236 Fifth Avenue, a 12-story, 95,000 SF NoMad office building, with the Kaufman Organization. The $65M transaction valued the asset at $684/SF.
SoHo • 2014
Robert Khodadadian and Skyline Properties closed the $50M sale of the 131-133 Prince Street ground-floor retail co-op in SoHo to public REIT Acadia Realty Trust, a record $16,667 per SF for SoHo retail at the time.
Upper East Side • 2013
Skyline Properties brokered the $47M off-market sale of 711 Madison Avenue, a 10,000 SF mixed-use building on one of the world's best-known retail corridors, from Ziggy Rutan to Ralph Sitt in 2013. That works out to roughly $4,700 per square foot.
Jackson Heights / Elmhurst, Queens • 2024
In 2024, Skyline Properties brokered the sale of a three-building, 388,600 SF rent-stabilized Queens multifamily portfolio from Algin Management to Benedict Realty Group: 34-44 77th Street, the Martinique (40-40 79th Street), and the Alameda (56-11 94th Street). The Real Deal reported the price at $47M.
SoHo • 2012
Skyline Properties brokered the $42M sale of 72 Greene Street, a 48,000 SF historic building with prime retail frontage in SoHo's cast-iron district, from Centrum Properties to retail investor L3 Capital in 2012.
Midtown South (Haymarket Building) • 2021
In 2021, Skyline Properties completed the off-market $35M, 99-year ground lease of the Haymarket Building at 135 West 29th Street, a 75,000 SF Midtown South office building, placing The Kaufman Organization as ground tenant for owner MFM Properties. Robert Khodadadian and Daniel Shirazi negotiated the deal.
Oakland Gardens, Queens • 2022
In 2022, Skyline Properties brokered the $32M sale of the 84,000 SF Oakland Gardens retail center at 61-01 Springfield Boulevard, ending a 40-year family ownership. USPS, Walgreens, Chase Bank and UPS anchor the center, which has a 100-car parking lot. The Real Deal reported it as the deal leading NYC's mid-market sales.
