Daniel Shirazi, Esq. is a licensed attorney and real estate executive combining legal training with transactional execution. Prior to joining Skyline Properties, he served as Managing Member of Shirazi Law PLLC, a full-service transactional real estate law firm in NYC where he represented investors in over $100 million worth of real estate transactions. During his first year at Skyline Properties, he closed a $65M ground lease at 236 Fifth Avenue. He has been featured in The Real Deal and NYREJ where his articles on ground lease strategy were published.

Stephen Tang-Alcala is Director of Investment Sales at Skyline Properties, focused on Manhattan commercial transactions. With $51.3M+ across multiple deals, he has demonstrated strength in client communication, deal coordination, and market-level underwriting support. His notable transactions include the $32M sale of 6101 Springfield Boulevard and the $19.25M 165 Eldridge Street mixed-use acquisition alongside Robert Khodadadian and Daniel Shirazi.

Jiabao “Grace” Cui serves as a Ground Lease Analyst at Skyline Properties, where she plays a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s expertise in one of the most specialized areas of commercial real estate. A native of Beijing, China, Grace brings a global perspective, sharp analytical skills, and a deep commitment to research-driven investment strategies. In her role, Grace is dedicated to canvassing and analyzing investment properties across Manhattan and the outer boroughs that are currently ground leased. By conducting in-depth research and compiling detailed data on these assets, she equips the firm with valuable insights that allow property owners to better understand the unique benefits and long-term opportunities of ground lease transactions. ​

Lucia de Santa Ana is a real estate professional at Skyline Properties focused on commercial and residential investment opportunities across New York and Florida. Her practice centers on off-market transactions, investment properties, and identifying opportunities that require discretion, persistence, and a highly targeted approach. Originally from Montevideo, Uruguay, Lucia brings an international perspective and a highly competitive background to the real estate industry. Before beginning her real estate career, she represented Uruguay in international tennis competition, participated in the 2016 Junior Fed Cup, and competed as an NCAA Division I tennis player at the University of Minnesota. Her athletic career developed the discipline, resilience, strategic thinking, and ability to perform under pressure that she now applies to every assignment. Lucia works closely with property owners, investors, buyers, and tenants, providing attentive and detail-oriented guidance throughout the transaction process. Her experience includes investment properties, off-market opportunities, sales, leasing, and rental transactions, with particular familiarity across South Florida and the New York market. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Lucia is able to communicate effectively with a broad domestic and international client base. Her relationship-driven approach, competitive mindset, and commitment to execution make her a valuable member of the Skyline Properties team
