Daniel Shirazi, Esq. is a licensed attorney and real estate executive who brings a transactional lawyer's training to deal execution. Before joining Skyline Properties, he was Managing Member of Shirazi Law PLLC, a full-service transactional real estate law firm in NYC, where he represented investors in more than $100 million of real estate transactions. In his first year at Skyline Properties he closed a $65M ground lease at 236 Fifth Avenue. His articles on ground lease strategy have been published in The Real Deal and NYREJ, and both have featured him.

Stephen Tang-Alcala is Director of Investment Sales at Skyline Properties, focused on Manhattan commercial transactions. He has closed $51.3M+ across multiple deals, and clients rely on him for clear communication, deal coordination, and market-level underwriting support. His notable transactions include the $32M sale of 6101 Springfield Boulevard and the $19.25M 165 Eldridge Street mixed-use acquisition alongside Robert Khodadadian and Daniel Shirazi.

Jiabao “Grace” Cui is a Ground Lease Analyst at Skyline Properties, working in one of the most specialized corners of commercial real estate. A native of Beijing, China, Grace brings a global perspective and sharp analytical skills to research-driven investment work. Her job is to canvass and analyze ground-leased investment properties across Manhattan and the outer boroughs. The research and data she compiles on these assets give the firm what it needs to show property owners the specific benefits and long-term opportunities of a ground lease transaction. ​

Kamil joined Skyline Properties in May 2019 as an Investment Sales Professional. He came to commercial real estate from a range of industries, from hard-money lending to supply chain management, and is now building his career in investment sales.

Lucia de Santa Ana is a real estate professional at Skyline Properties working commercial and residential investment opportunities in New York and Florida. Her practice centers on off-market transactions and investment properties: the kind of assignments that take discretion, persistence, and a tightly targeted approach. Lucia grew up in Montevideo, Uruguay, and came to real estate from competitive sport. She represented Uruguay in international tennis, played in the 2016 Junior Fed Cup, and competed as an NCAA Division I tennis player at the University of Minnesota. That career built the discipline, resilience, game planning, and composure under pressure she now brings to every assignment. Lucia works closely with property owners, investors, buyers, and tenants, and she stays on top of the details from first call to closing. Her experience covers investment properties, off-market opportunities, sales, leasing, and rental transactions, with particular familiarity with South Florida and the New York market. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and French, so she can work directly with a broad domestic and international client base. Her relationship-driven approach, competitive mindset, and focus on execution make her a valuable member of the Skyline Properties team.
